Confirmation
What is Confirmation?
In Baptism promises are made either by the adult being baptised or on behalf of a child by parents and godparents.
Confirmation can occur when a person is mature enough to assume responsibility for these promises. They confirm their own faith in God. The Bishop confirms them in their promises by prayer and the laying on of hands.
Confirmation occurs in the second half of each year. Address any enquiries to the Parish office or any of the Clergy.
